Do you have a dream? You're looking at mine; The Busted Knuckle Garage. For those of you who've not read my story, I've built this business wrong, I did it from the bottom and I've done it backwards.
But I did it because it was my dream. Most all of us have one. Problem is, some people are comfortable defining their life as somewhat of a treadmill and they think that when they get off, all the rewards will be awaiting them upon retirement. You know, great health (a fat benefits package), lots of time, plenty of money, and then, just maybe then they'll begin the life they've been dreaming about.
Other people define their lives as a journey. And although there may be deserts to cross, they do it willfully in order to feel alive. That is the Busted Knuckle Garage. It all started with a cartoon (our current logo) and a name that I drew (unbeknownst at the time) on a piece of scrap paper in the middle of the night close to 13 years ago. Well, I'm now 13 years closer to an being an overnight success but my dream did come true. I have what I think is a fun, automotive style business that helps people smile a bit, laugh some and enjoy their time out in the garage or with their hobby or professional line of work.
What's been your dream? Ever consider making it your journey?
And with all that said,
It's that time of year where neighborhoods are festooned with cardboard "Garage Sale" signs on every corner.
With a name like ours, we thought it would be time to join in the fun and have a REAL garage sale of our own. Prices are torched between 25-60% off so that you can have some coin left over to attend the local car show.
If you've been in the market for a BKG shop stool, this is our lowest price ever
TODAY ONLY. And for a look at some of the other savings we're offering, take a look (if you can find it), our Camo hat below for less than the price of a flat repair.
As always we appreciate hearing from you. We're wanting to add to our customer page so any pix with you and your BKG send 'em along. Jay Leno, are you out there?
Keep it between the ditches....
